The City of Willoughby Hills plans to construct a Veterans Memorial Park located immediately adjacent to its existing Veterans Memorial on Chardon Road.  In addition to the annual Memorial Day and Veterans Day ceremonies, the intimate amphitheater-style venue to be known as The Willoughby Hills Veterans Memorial Park, will be available for weddings and performances, such as summer concerts planned for the future.

The cost to construct the facility is estimated to be approximately $30,000 and will be funded by sponsorship donations.  All revenues received will be used exclusively for the construction of the facility and sponsors will be recognized on permanent markers at the facility.
