"Residents First" is more than just a slogan, it's our commitment to provide excellent service to our residents.  Our mission is to constantly strive to make our residents’ concerns a top priority.  We will serve our residents with the utmost respect and service to get their problems or concerns solved to the best of our ability - that's our promise. 

We use two acronyms to guide us through this process:
