Board of Building and Zoning Appeals

Upon application, the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals hears refusals to issue permits by City Building and Zoning Department. Under certain circumstances, it can grant land use variances to property owners.

The Board consists of five members that are appointed by the Mayor. Meetings are typically held in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 8:00pm on the second Tuesdays of each month (when necessary).
