The center of the City is located at the intersection of Chardon Road (U.S.6) and SOM Center Road (Ohio S.R. 91). The City's primary retail district is located on the West side of the City, at the intersection of Chardon and Bishop Roads, just South of I-90. The City's municpal complex is located on Chardon Road, just East of SOM Center Road (Ohio S.R. 91).
Two interstate highways join in Willoughby Hills. I-90 passes through from East to West and I-271 splits from I-90, going South to bypass Downtown Cleveland and ultimately connecting to I-71.
The City is bordered by:
