CT Consultants, Inc. is the consulting engineering firm retained by the City for advice and consultation on capital improvement projects. CT Consultants is headquartered in Willoughby and has a staff of over 200 with seven offices around the state. They are a full-service firm currently retained by 22 communities in Ohio as their municipal engineer and provide engineering, architectural and planning services devoted primarily to serve the public sector. CT has served Willoughby Hills for 34 years.

In 1996, the City entered into a new contract and Mr. Richard J. Iafelice, P.E., P.S., a Vice President with CT, was then designated as City Engineer representing the firm. His services include attendance at Council meetings; advice and consultation to public officials; attendance at other public board meetings as requested; and consultation on capital improvement projects and planning.

The City Engineer will periodically provide information to the City for communication to the public via this website. This information will generally concentrate on active capital improvement planning projects in which the City is involved. This will provide a means to publish planning, design and construction information to the general public on a regular basis.
